Upstairs at Christina Olson’s #2

This door was shot in July of 2010 upstairs at Christina Olson’s old house in Cushing, Maine, It’s the same house where American artist Andrew Wyeth spent many years documenting the life of Christina Olson. His famous 1948 painting Christina’s World was developed here and now hangs in the Museum of Modern Art in New York. Like Wyeth, I am drawn to aging things with old paint.
